It sets out four principles on which energy policies should be based to make an economical transition from oil to sustainable energy choices and it features renewable hydrogen as the preferred fuel.
The transition focuses on the abundance of energy found in solar, wind, waves, falling water, and biomass and on replacing oil to fuel internal combustion engines -- the largest and most wasteful oil users.
Hydrogen is the preferred fuel because it burns clean emitting only water and can be made from all renewable resources. It can be efficiently utilized to fuel internal combustion engines after installation of conversion kits.
World Energy Bill.org sponsors the Declaration of World Energy Security and Independence as an empowerment tool for individuals and communities to achieve sustainable economic development and to overcome high energy prices due to dependence upon finite oil sources.
